In this presentation, TBS Development showcases a supply chain optimization project for one of Europe’s leading brewing companies. The objective was to improve operational efficiency by optimizing logistics structures and processes using a simulation-based approach.
Using anyLogistix, the team developed a detailed digital model of the existing production and logistics network to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. The project included determining optimal warehouse locations, optimizing warehouse-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-customer transportation routes, and reducing overall logistics costs.
